Thank you to all of the area farmers who nominated us for the $25,000 grant. We won the grant to improve our district's mathematics foundation and have purchased a new math series for grades 1-5, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt's Go Math! We are thankful to be a part of a community that understands the importance of a good education and the importance of mathematics.

Item #2 – Operating Millage Renewal
This proposal will allow the District to levy the statutory rate of 18 mills on all property, except principal residences and other property exempted by law. It is required for the District to receive its full pupil foundation allowance. This will renew the current millage that will expire with the 2014 tax levy.
This millage renewal will run for a period of six (6) years, 2015-2020. If the millage is approved and levied in 2015, approximately $716,718 would be generated for the District.
This is a renewal of the millage that is currently in place which expires with the 2014 tax levy.
